Refund policy

GlobalGenealogy.com Inc publishes and sells books and information that is used for research purposes. As a result of return policy abuse (items returned for refund after product was used for research) we no longer accept returns unless you receive an item in faulty or damaged condition or if you receive an item other than that which was ordered. If the fore-mentioned conditions apply, we will promptly provide a return authorization number and exchange the merchandise for an identical item only.

 We do not process credits nor do we provide refunds. If you receive a faulty or damaged product from us, you can return the product at our cost once you have a return authorization. We do not accept responsibility for any item returned without a return authorization number. The address to return your shipment to will be provided with the return authorization number.
