- Example 2: If a person was widow the listing might read: Hedge, Mrs, widow of Samuel, 8 Latour.
Business Listing
Businesses are usually listed with a short description of their enterprise:
- Example: HENDERSON & LOVELACE, coal and commission merchants, and importers of fire bricks and English pipe clay, 30 St Lambert hill, yards, St Lambert hill and St Elizabeth corner Vitre.
Street Directory
The street directory contains the street, street number, resident of the address, resident's occupation. Streets are listed alphabetically, with occupant's listed by street address number within each street name listing.
