This long respected work was the earliest to publish a list of names and genealogical information about the early Palatines of New York State, the original settlers of the Mohawk Valley. Many Palatines migrated across the continent with primary migration trails including to Canada and to the American west after the American Revolution.
More than 20,000 names are classified, combined, and arranged to enable the researcher to identify Palatine immigrants in relation to specific categories of records. Among the important lists of names are the following:
